During Autumn, Fall Foliage peaks during the month of October, bursting with the colors of Autumn.  Your luxury estate is surrounded during this time, by maple trees that turn crimson red and oak trees that turn a golden yellow.  Enjoy a fantastic Autumn day sitting on wraparound patios with luxurious patio furniture, grilling or enjoy a fun drink!  You don’t have to leave your luxury estate to view spectacular Autumn Foliage, but if you decide to venture out we recommend the following locations for viewing awesome Autumn Foliage!

AUTUMNFEST 
Every weekend in October, you can enjoy AutumnFest at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.  Enjoy tons of activities for all ages including hay rides, pumpkin patch, chairlift rides, craft show, entertainment, and great Autumn Foliage on a few steps away from your luxury estate.  Every weekend in October, treat yourself to a spectacular weekend in the mountains and enjoy the best of Pennsylvania's beautiful fall foliage. 

FALLINGWATER

Fallingwater  a National Historic Landmark designed by Frank Lloyd Wright’s featuring spectacular architecture in a natural setting, surrounded by the best in Autumn Foliage. Enjoy a guided tour, explore the gift shop and the natural environment surrounding Fallingwater! A must see for everyone! 

KOSSER STATE PARK

At an altitude of 2,600 feet, Kooser State Park attracts visitors year round to its 250 acres of forest and the beautiful trout stream that flows the full length of the park. 

LAUREL HILL STATE PARK

Laurel Hill State Park consists of 3,935 acres of mountainous terrain in Somerset County. The 63-acre Laurel Hill Lake is a focal point of the park. Laurel Hill is surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine state park and state forest lands. A trail system invites you to hike and explore the park and observe a diversity of plants and wildlife. A beautiful stand of old growth hemlocks lies along the Hemlock Trail. You can explore a mountain playground that is steeped in history and incredible scenery.

LINN RUN STATE PARK

Linn Run State Park is 612 acres and borders Forbes State Forest. The varied topography and mixed hardwood and evergreen forest make this park a scenic place for picnicking and hiking. Grove and Rock runs join to make Linn Run, an excellent trout stream that has a lovely waterfall, Adams Falls.

OHIOPYLE

Located primarily in Fayette County, Ohiopyle State Park encompasses about 19,052 acres of rugged natural beauty and serves as the gateway to the Laurel Mountains. The focal point of the area is the more than 14 miles of the Youghiogheny River Gorge that passes through the heart of the park. The "Yough" provides some of the best whitewater rafting in the Eastern U. S. as well as spectacular scenery. Surrounding Ohiopyle Falls is the Falls Day Use Area, the central point for the casual visitor. This area provides parking, gift shop/snack bar, and overlook platforms with magnificent scenery
